A highly regarded technical degree is a Bachelor of Business Administration. It is designed to acquire the skills needed for business and management careers. The Distance and Career-oriented BBA programme at Chandigarh University prepares students for a number of management careers.

Eligibility :

A student is eligible for admission if s/he has passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognised Board / University / Council.

Student from any stream can apply to this course. 

Min. Duration :

The minimum duration of the course in 3 years. The number of years is similar to the other BBA courses ie 3 years. 

Specialization :

It is a single Distance Education Specialization Program by Chandigarh University. The student must take three courses/subjects and two courses/subjects from their chosen specialisation in the third and fourth semesters, respectively. Please note that the specialisation can not be modified later, once picked. As below, the four specialisations offered are given:

  1. Advertisement & Marketing (Group A)
  2. Insurance & Risk Management (Group B)
  3. Forex Management (Group C)
  4. Tourism & Event Management (Group D)

Fee Structure for BBA

The total fees for the odd semesters are INR 14700/-. The total fees for even semesters are INR 12200/-. The academic fees are 8950 for both semesters. Registration fees are required for only odd semesters. The registration fees are INR 2500/-. Exam fees are required for all semesters and are INR 2000/-. The SLM Hard copy Charges are optional. The price for it is INR 1250/-.

NOTE: It is a single programme of specialisation. The student must choose a specialisation from the four specialisations offered at the beginning of the programme. Please note that the specialisation can not be modified once chosen.
